Makes helping someone that is in tight spaces or staircases easily accessible to carry them out with as little trauma as humanly possible. It can be used with a tall back or long side under legs for full support. It cleans up with soap and water. Our neighborhood fire departments really like them and use them often. They roll-up and fit nicely in any nook or cranny on the ambulance for easy storage and access.
